The Pecos Valley Medical Center's Behavioral Health Services are designed to be an integral part of our Patient Centered Medical Home. Treating the whole person allows us to offer individually tailored services for a range of healthcare issues.
Offering Behavioral Healthcare Services along with Primary Medical Care creates the opportunity to intervene early in the prevention of some illnesses which may be directly affected by lifestyle choices.
At the same time, those patients with chronic illnesses are invited to learn a variety of self-management techniques that have the potential of improving their quality of life.
Integrating Behavioral healthcare and Primary healthcare allows us to treat a combination of issues in one location, providing excellence in healthcare.
